At Hotel H20 in Manila, the Philippines, each room comes with an in-room inventory. At the bottom, it asks you to call 401 if you want to buy any item on the list. Just how many people are going to buy kettles, alarm clocks, bath mats and tissue boxes from their hotel? Maybe a Do Not Disturb sign? Or a TV remote control? Telephone perhaps?
